Community Music Center of Boston
Now in our 99th year in the South End, CMCB is an accredited, non-profit music school located at the Boston Center for the Arts that reaches more than 5,000 children and adults each week. We are the leading provider of arts education in the Boston Public Schools. Our professional, conservatory-trained faculty teach all styles of music, to all ages and abilities, and offer a wide range of ensembles, jam bands, choruses and performance opportunities! We also have a 30-year music therapy program for special needs populations. Music has the power to transform lives, at any age - no matter what you're into, CMCB has something for everyone.
In 2010, we will celebrate our 100th anniversary! Check us out on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Svisf6p8NE.
